Account Deletion Request
We respect your privacy. You can delete your DecisionLog account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete In-App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app:
Web App:
- Log in to DecisionLog
- Click on your profile avatar in the top right
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll down and click "Delete Account" button
Mobile App (iOS/Android):
- Open the DecisionLog app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap "Account"
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account" button
Option 2: Request via Email
If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by contacting us:
Important: The deletion request must be sent from the email address associated with your DecisionLog account. Otherwise, we will not be able to verify account ownership and process your request.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your data, including:
- All your decision records and their content
- All collections you've created
- All custom templates
- Your preferences and settings
- Your profile information and avatar
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
